Ik ben ontzettend dankbaar voor de begeleiding die ik heb gekregen. In eerste instantie wist ik niet goed waar ik recht op had binnen mijn verzekering en was ik zelfs van plan om de schade zelf te betalen. Gelukkig heeft Ercan de tijd genomen om alles rustig en duidelijk uit te leggen. Daardoor kreeg ik inzicht in mijn dekking en wat er allemaal vergoed wordt. Ook ben ik goed geadviseerd over waar ik terecht kon voor de reparatie, wat mij enorm heeft geholpen. De manier waarop Ercan en het team meedenken, uitleg geven en echt naast je staan in zo’n situatie, maakt voor mij een groot verschil. Dat is inderdaad onmogelijk als je de premie niet betaald. Er is duidelijk gecommuniceerd dat je eerst je achterstallige premie moet betalen om vervolgens de verzekering te kunnen beëindigen. Dit zijn algemene verzekeringsregels in Nederland.
