We zouden Peter Bruin Makelaardij absoluut aanbevelen. Ze waren zeer professioneel en betrouwbaar tijdens onze zoektocht naar een huis. Onze makelaar Stephanie was ontzettend behulpzaam; ze beantwoordde al onze vragen en we konden haar op elk moment raadplegen. Het zoeken naar een huis met haar was leuk en effectief, want nu hebben we een prachtig huis.

We zochten een luxe appartement in Amsterdam, maar deze makelaar reageert niet eens op e-mails, berichten of telefoontjes. Bespaar jezelf de moeite, zoek een andere makelaar en verspil je tijd niet aan deze...

Een woning kopen met een makelaar is over het algemeen geen goed idee. Als u er toch een wilt, kies dan niet voor deze; en als u er toch een wilt, werk dan vooral niet met Stephanie Bruin! Ze lijkt in het begin misschien aardig en vriendelijk, maar later zult u merken hoe onprofessioneel ze te werk gaat. Ze verdedigt bijvoorbeeld meestal de verkopers om u over te halen te kopen (wat een onzin!). Wees er ook op voorbereid dat ze een compleet ander gezicht zal laten zien zodra ze weet dat u gaat kopen en de deal zo goed als rond is. Niet aan te raden!
