It took a while before I wrote this review, but now that we are living in our own home, we often think back with great pleasure to our time in the apartment on Wodanstraat in Oud Zuid (2021-2023). The apartment was clean, fresh, fully furnished and really felt like the perfect introduction to the Netherlands. As newcomers, we had just arrived in the country, were still dealing with our paperwork and didn't have a job yet. During that uncertain period, the real estate agency treated us with trust and openness. They were supportive, communicative and professional, and we are convinced that they played an important role in our successful start in the Netherlands. When it was time to hand over the keys, life brought unexpected changes. We had just had a baby and the renovation of our own apartment was running late. Suddenly, we had to stay in the rental apartment longer than planned. The real estate agency was incredibly understanding and helpful during this stressful period. Words fail to describe how much we appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate us. They really did everything to help our family. It is rare to find a rental agency that combines professionalism with such a human, reliable and positive attitude. We are very grateful for the experience and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring rental agency.

Rented an apartment in Amsterdam near Maarschalkerwaart for several years. We paid contract costs of 240 euros three times, they pocket the money without any changes to the contract (more than a year and a half later and after three contract revisions, we still received letters intended for us (the current residents), but addressed to the previous residents, scandalous!). You are not heard and treated terribly. Very unprofessional, you don't want to rent a house through this agency! Beware!

Dear Sara, very sorry for your review. First of all, you have never rented from us, because we do not own any properties. Of course, we would have taken care of the rental process. However, if there are changes in the composition of the tenants, a supplemental deed must be drawn up. This is so that it is again legally valid for the tenants and landlord, and also provides clarity for all parties involved, and of course so that it is not some sort of drop-in accommodation. As part of this, new tenants must be checked again according to the AVG, WWFT and PEP etc. Then permission must come from the owner and everything must be documented in a supplemental deed. Furthermore, this must be administered by the manager. Last but not least, it is clearly stated in the rental agreement you signed that changes must be processed via a supplemental deed. The costs are also clearly stated there and it is € 240,-- including VAT. We therefore do not put this in our own pocket, but the correct VAT is paid to the tax authorities and additionally it is also recorded in the accounting where tax is again paid. We hope you have enjoyed living in the property. Have a nice day further.

Very unprofessional staff. We asked simple questions about an office that we wanted to rent. Such as internet access and electricity. They were unable to answer our questions. The office they showed us was run-down. Not premium at all.
