Today I could pick up the keys to my purchased apartment from the real estate agent at the office, starting from the notary. Once there at the office, they didn't even look up or around, when I mentioned that I came to pick up the keys, they handed me a form to fill in with my details. The girl walked into an office I came back with a keyring that I got in hand, wasn't even given the time to mention which key was for what. The real estate agent himself didn't come out of his office even to congratulate me with my purchased apartment (then I think to myself, I don't know, but apparently I pay you a significant amount and then you treat people like that, it really seemed scandalous) and I could go again. I have already bought a few houses (definitely not through this real estate agent) but those took the time personally for you, I got a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine, it's not about me getting something but a bit of personal attention would have been nice. I definitely do not recommend this real estate office.

Unfortunately, the property for which we had scheduled a viewing within 1 day of publication has already been sold. Unfortunately, this happens nowadays and it is understandable that no one is to blame for this. The suggestion was to put us on the reserve list, fine; however, when asking in what position we would be based on scheduled viewings, there was ultimately an impolite and panicked reaction with raised voices. Mrs. stated that if they put us on the reserve list now, we would be number 1 to be called for a viewing should the sale not go through. When I asked for confirmation of this, the above statement suddenly became impossible and it depended on all sorts of irrelevant situations.. We could now only be placed on the reserve list and no further information could be given. It is a pity and unprofessional that a decent question is answered with a promise, followed by breaking off the conversation with raised voices, emotion and panic. However, we have had very positive experiences with the other employees at this real estate agency. Hence the 4 stars.

Hotel Restaurant `Het Loo, formerly Bloemink and the care center with the apartments behind it at Vorstenhof, here in the snow, are good locations to go from there to the man with the hat, to the `Naald, to Paleis het Loo and once walk through Koningstraat where many historical buildings stand and then back via the Zwolseweg. It is a neighborhood where the Royal Family lived, worked provided and also had much influence. The archive of Oud Apeldoorn (among others) possesses very many old photos films and stories about the old history.
