Excellent first contact, great expertise, beautiful sales documentation and excellent guidance during the sales process with a nice result. The real estate agent has brought the sale negotiations to a successful sale with respect for both parties.

Vriendelijkheid en duidelijke uitleg over alles. Zijn vakbekwaamheid kwam goed van pas en is uitstekend. Wij zijn erg tevreden met hen.

The contact went very well, quick sale and swift handling of the house sale. A beautiful catalog was made of the property and appointments were kept.
Few active brokers who put standard properties on the market too high to then gradually lower them until they are (hopefully) sold. In communication with buyers nonchalant, not involved and sometimes even very unprofessional (I was the buyer in the relevant file). PS (added on 30/07/2025): The response from the broker (and I quote, because who knows that response will be removed: “shame to receive such a review, but fortunately not from an actual client of our beautiful office”) unfortunately underscores exactly the point of my review: if you are not the one paying, you cannot expect involvement or decency from this agency. A missed opportunity for professionalism.

Contact ran through my husband but often via WhatsApp. Even when a viewing would take place within an hour, the real estate agent cancelled 20 minutes beforehand via a message instead of calling. And when a structural survey was carried out, he wasn't present and I had to walk alongside for an hour and a half and answer questions that I didn’t know, about things I knew nothing about. Has good knowledge of the market segment but communication did not always go as desired (we noticed this both during our purchase and later during the sale via the same real estate agent). Especially when friction arises again at the end of the sales process, it leaves a nasty aftertaste instead of a positive feeling about the completion. In our opinion, the price/quality ratio is not correct.
Unfortunately, we had to deal with an unprofessional purchasing agent. Fortunately, he was sidelined by the buyers and we were still able to realize a beautiful sales transaction. It's a pity that the resulting sentiment is then projected onto the only remaining agent, but we understand that. No hard feelings...
