Don't speak so well about this realtor. He was the selling realtor, perfectly fine regarding contact and speed of response when purchasing. But once the signature was set, this realtor turned out not to be so customer-friendly anymore. Just before the inspection, we received the proposal to do it in 15 minutes. Because the realtor also had another appointment..... which we obviously did not agree with, luckily because during the inspection we found a lot of furniture and junk from the previous resident. After signing at the notary's office, it turned out that all containers were completely full. We complained about this, but received zero response. After two months, the shed started to leak, realtor called again, he came by neatly to take pictures and said he would get back to us. After multiple emails, no reaction, he wasn’t answering. Until we got so fed up that we threatened to file a complaint with the NVM, then Mr. was suddenly able to respond. Definitely not a company where I myself would want to sell my house.
