Excellent service, professional appraisal report!

Terrible Handling of an appraisal was far below standard. - We were allowed to wait almost three weeks, because the appraisal was rejected by the NWWI three times and had to be corrected - Information regarding where we stand in the process was terrible and far from proactive. I had to call about fifteen times, with promises to call back that weren't kept. This combined with a price that is significantly above market conform results in the aforementioned summary of 1 word: terrible

Twice poor treatment on the phone because they did not have their information in order or had not explained it, which resulted in uncertainty about the procedure. The appraiser was very friendly.
