To my dear expats! Do not sign any contract with this company (Estagency) without good communication and do not sign any contract in Dutch (if you are not proficient enough in the language). They will force you to pay service fees after signing, even if you are not satisfied with their service. Make sure to communicate well and only sign documents with this real estate agency after understanding them thoroughly. Don't fall for their nonsense and don't sign any documents without actually understanding them. Good luck!

My experience with Estagency was very quick and positive. Bryan was very enthusiastic, responded quickly and was good at negotiating. He also works and responds outside of office hours and negotiated a good deal with the seller, so that the offer was quickly accepted.

The contact was smooth, personal, and the broker was also available for advice on weekends. I also recommended the broker to a friend, and they followed that advice.

Despite the somewhat longer process, due to a 'sale of own property subject to contract' clause being included by the buyer. As much information and clarity as possible were provided.
