Ik was vanaf het begin heel tevreden over Michel en zijn bedrijf. Hij geeft een eerlijk verhaal en goede begeleiding en updates tijdens de verkoop.

Expert, en afspraak is afspraak. Kent de markt en is er echt voor de klant. Ook op kantoor vriendelijke en deskundige begeleiding.

Er ging niets fout. Het enig min puntje was dat jezelf veel met de computer moet doorgeven en als je niet zo computervaardig bent geeft dat stress.

Het contact verliep op een prettige en open manier. Hij gaf vertrouwen en was behulpzaam bij de te nemen stappen van het verkopen van ons huis. Not transparent, not reliable – our experience with Michel Makelaardij in Echt. After acceptance of our offer on a property, we were not proactively advised to sign the purchase agreement, nor timely informed about other bids. Meanwhile, the broker gave the sellers a different account of the process than what we knew. Crucial information – including our increased bid – was knowingly withheld from the sellers while the sale was still pending. We only later learned from the sellers what actually happened. This cost us the house. The way they acted raises serious questions about the duty of care, transparency and reliability/integrity of this agency. 📌 Advice to other buyers and sellers: request everything to be documented in writing and don't take anything for granted!

Misleading & unreliable We made an offer on a property through this real estate agent and we received the phone call with congratulations that the sellers accepted our offer a day later. We were abroad on vacation at that time. At no point did Michel or the back office communicate that the purchase would only be formal after signing the preliminary purchase agreement. We had, of course, already received it, but we were strongly advised not to interrupt our vacation. Everything in good faith. What we didn't know is that there were still other bidders involved, despite the assurance. To our great astonishment and disappointment, the property was sold to the previously rejected party because they had later increased their offer and signed immediately. Due to 'busyness', Michel forgot to submit our higher bid to the sellers.
