Unfortunately, no honest broker. Had a few bad experiences. Doesn't pass on bids, for example, if he doesn't like them. Communication is not transparent. Does not honour made appointments. Violates the code of honour of the nvm realtor right before your eyes! I would advise to never, but really never trust this broker. This broker doesn't think along with you, but only in his own lane.
