An appointment was made through this broker to view the property. After waiting for half an hour, no broker appeared. We called and were told that we were too early, although the confirmation clearly stated the time we were supposed to be at the property. A colleague was on their way. We indicated that we would proceed to a viewing of another property. No apologies or sorry, but only: 'we can't do anything about you planning it so tightly together'. The house we viewed afterwards, we also bought. A bit of an upside-down world to blame us while you are late. Remarkable.
