Strange realtor. First call the office to express interest in a property and inquire whether it was still for sale. The telephone operator didn't know that and indicated that we would be called back. Subsequently, we were called back by Björn. When I asked if the house was still for sale, I received the question 'why?' in an indignant tone. Apparently a very strange question, which they don’t often receive there. The conversation also leaned more towards an impolite than service-oriented tone. I was supposed to be called back later to discuss a viewing but heard nothing more from them... Doesn't come across as a professional real estate agency. Perhaps treat potential clients a little friendlier, then you won't lose them.

On Wednesday, I filled out a contact form because I was interested in a property and would like to view it. Still no response on Friday afternoon, so I called myself. After repeating everything twice, I received a short answer that I would be called back. The telephone operator in question was clearly busy with other things. Still nothing heard on Tuesday afternoon. Again, I call myself and receive the short (exasperated) answer that my request had already been noted and I would be contacted. In the meantime, more than a week has passed and still nothing has been heard. It's bizarre that they can sell a house here without allowing potential buyers to view it. Very unprofessional. And after your reply here, I am even more astonished. The house for which I contacted you is indeed in your portfolio but is now naturally sold subject to contract. Your telephone operator looked it up themselves when I had them on the line because they initially didn't understand which house it was about. You never called me back and also did not email me. Wow, it's really special how this real estate agency handled things. A house is for sale for a month, then an open day. We were incredibly enthusiastic, we wouldn’t hide that either but couldn’t make it on that day. Appointment set for 4 days later. No problem. We were happy and wanted to bid high if the house was what we expected. Asking price €299k. We had plenty of room. They are not beginners. Then suddenly we see an email pop up saying the house is sold subject to conditions. Story finish..ten einde, just done. But excuse me? We were still going to view it. We didn't even get a personal appointment cancellation. These aren’t classy things. Huh… we were seriously surprised. Firstly because it wasn’t handled kosher. But secondly, honestly? These people could have gotten so much more money out of their little house. Lol.. Dumb, dumb, dumb.. This realtor is not trustworthy. Very strange turn of events. Pretending like their nose was bleeding, that it's a normal course of business, and now they’re shielding with, yes the resident wanted this. Well if that resident had known there was still 1 new very enthusiastic buyer coming to view who wouldn’t blink at a bid. Ai.... Yuck! That’s not how you do business. We’ll find our new little house anyway, it'll be fine. But this firm… so not classy. ÷ Read response, I can go back and respond on many points. Beautiful story you make of it. Things didn’t go kosher. Sellers are delighted they sold and don’t know any better, are happy with what they got out of it. We were supposedly part of Saturday's group. Had a personal conversation about it over the phone. We were still going to join in at the last minute. Let’s say the sellers missed out on thousands of euros. I’ll leave it at that.
