House bought via Liv with hidden defects. When you make this known, there is no reaction and no empathy shown. Only after placing a negative review do they start to stalk you in order to have a conversation. Because, oh dear, if there is a stain on the number. Unfortunately my wife removed her negative review, but it would still have been in place. Liv calls you to supposedly draw a lesson from it, but it's just rehashing in order to keep the number high.
