Prettig en duidelijk proces met Bauke en Anna. Ze namen ons constant mee in het hele verkoopproces, kwamen alle afspraken na en communiceerden vlot en helder. Erg tevreden!

Het contact liep erg soepel, er werd vooral meegedacht en de makelaar kwam met goede voorstellen wat mij veel heeft geholpen in het maken van beslissingen.

Wednesday 25 Sept called for viewing appointment, this really couldn't happen any sooner than Monday 30 Sept. Not a problem in itself because I was told the house was available! meaning: so no verbal or written agreements with third parties.. Suddenly I was called on Saturday the 28th of September by Bauke that the house we wanted to view had been sold???!! After asking Bauke a few questions, it turned out that a viewing had been scheduled in between (who also had submitted a bid). All this while we absolutely couldn't have gone until Monday the 30th?!
