Introduction/contact pleasant and expert. Follow-up somewhat slow; initial plan to offer for sale in May was not achieved. 2 months later on Funda anyway, but due to a change in the website it wasn't visible; after 2 weeks of correction and then quickly sold. Guidance with bids good. All in all good; satisfied
