'Ready to move in' according to the real estate agent – provided you bring a level and snorkel. What a gem, this house in Schildwolde! According to the real estate agent, all you need is a lick of paint and you can move in. That’s right, if you don’t mind a marble spontaneously embarking on a world tour as soon as you let it go – that's how crooked the house was. And that mysterious water feature on the ceiling? Turns out it’s not a design choice, but a leak. Nicely modern, just like the wooden floor which offers a mini trampoline experience with every step. Oh, and do you want to schedule a viewing? Good luck! Jans Duit Makelaardij used to be reachable. Nowadays, you'd have better luck contacting a medium than their office. And then there’s the one on Oldenbarneveltlaan. For sale, out of sale, back in again... The house has more phases than an IKEA cabinet without instructions. Maybe it will soon be ‘for sale’ spiritually as well?

In één woord belachelijk, leuk huis gezien op funda, gereageerd op de advertentie. Na enkele dagen geen reactie te hebben gehad, nogmaals berichten uit gedaan en meerdere keren gebeld. Geen reactie gekregen. …

1 star is still too much for this realtor who is unreachable by email, phone, and SMS. Apparently never listens to voicemail and immediately gives the feeling of selling a house through underhanded dealings... Offering a house for sale and being unable to reach the realtor in any way, yet a house was sold subject to conditions… A bad situation that I myself would never do business with.

X months ago, I saw a beautiful property come by, immediately called and emailed, but received no response so I left a voicemail requesting a callback, called 4 times that same week but still no answer. Also sent a WhatsApp message to which I never received a reply. Subsequently, someone else (a man) had me call, who put quite a bit of pressure on him, and he eventually returned the call to say he could not help him. A bad situation this!
