Linda is pleasant to deal with and helpful. This house and the circumstances weren't an easy job, but it was still achieved. There was only a large difference between the selling price and the final yield, but that was because something seen as an advantage in the house turned out to be a disadvantage for many interested parties.

Hired by a competing heir who stopped at nothing to have the appraisal exactly tailored to the client's wishes. Totally not market-compliant and much worse, not validated by/with an affiliated industry association CHF, NVM, VBO and vastgoedPRO, real estate agents and mortgage guarantee fund for owner-occupied homes. Very bad experience with this realtor and be prepared that if you file a complaint they will simply ignore everything and fail to respond, hence 1 star while it should actually be 0. Feel free to contact me for information and evidence which I do not post here.
