Onze ervaring met Swijnenburg & Valk Makelaardij is zeer teleurstellend. Kort na de aankoop van onze woning kwamen er ernstige en kostbare gebreken aan het licht die tijdens het verkoopproces niet inzichtelijk zijn gemaakt. De herstelkosten liepen op tot duizenden euro’s, wat een enorme financiële tegenvaller voor ons is geweest. Wat ons vooral stoort, is het gebrek aan transparantie en zorgvuldigheid. Als koper mag je verwachten dat je volledig en eerlijk wordt geïnformeerd over de staat van een woning. In ons geval hebben wij dat niet zo ervaren. Dit heeft ons vertrouwen in deze makelaar ernstig geschaad. Wij raden daarom aan om zeer kritisch te zijn en alles grondig te laten controleren als je met deze partij in zee gaat.

For years we have been following the offerings of Swijnenburg & Valk Makelaarij in our search for a new home. They are the real estate agent you go to when looking for something beautiful in the Krimpen a/d Ijssel region. Last year we visited a property where we were guided by Roeland Valk. We didn't buy that house then, but now we have finally found our dream home (in another region). For us, there was only one real estate agent we wanted to use to sell our current home; Swijnenburg & Valk Makelaardij. Now Mark Swijnenburg has guided us through the sale of the property. It didn't even matter to us what they would cost, but as restrained and professional as they are, they charge a fair commission. They offered us a supplementary package on Funda at their own expense and sold our house in one week. TOP real estate agent and there is none better in Krimpen aan den Ijssel. The ladies in the office also deserve praise. Always fast, accurate and friendly.
