Marinus Vastgoed heeft de verkoop-bemiddeling fantastisch gedaan. Eerlijk, betrouwbaar, reëel, prettig in de omgang maar wel onze belangen in het oog houdend ipv een snelle deal. Het moet "kloppen" voor koper en verkoper.

Higher segment, beautiful buildings!
Bid on a property through this real estate agent according to the rules of 'fair bidding'. The bid log was only made public at my request. It turned out that the property had been awarded to someone with a lower offer, while all conditions were the same. It appeared that the buyer and seller knew each other. Bids should be anonymous, so this shouldn't play a role. The real estate agent appeared to have passed information on to another bidder, while I did not receive any information after the bids about being the highest bidder. This real estate agent is still conducting business based on favoritism. He does not adhere to the rules of 'fair bidding'. It is very frustrating not to be allowed to buy the house while being the highest bidder. You feel like a victim of the game that the seller and real estate agent are playing. Imagine my surprise when this real estate agent called me 8 months later asking me to remove the review. He was 'suffering' from the review and was also a victim. It is unclear why he is also a victim. Ethical conduct is not a priority for this real estate agent, commissions are.

Het platform van eerlijkbieden.nl biedt een gesloten verloop van de biedingen zodat er vooraf geen informatie gedeeld kan worden van biedingen die zijn binnen gekomen. Om die reden is het een bewuste keuze van ons kantoor om voor dit platform te kiezen. Het staat de verkoper daarna vrij om te gunnen aan de partij die hij/zij wenst, hetgeen vooraf duidelijk gecommuniceerd wordt. Daarin hebben wij slechts een adviserende rol. Jammer dat de poging om dit telefonisch nogmaals rustig toe te lichten niet gewaardeerd wordt. Wij wensen meneer veel succes bij zijn verder zoektocht.
