Makes a good first impression. Valued our property 3 years ago due to a change in mortgage, at a competitive rate. However, we needed a new valuation due to the validity of the previous one. Of course, Mr. Frissen was called again. Same property, same valuation, yet again paying full price. Feeling of unfairness expressed to Mr. Frissen, received a vague explanation in return, but no leniency from his side. Closer inspection reveals him to be an unpleasant, money-driven man.
