Er was van te voren goed contact over de vraagprijs en er is goed uitgelegd aan ons waarom de makelaar voorstelde om op die betreffende vraagprijs te zitten. Vroeg in het proces kwam er al een bod en ook daarbij hebben we goed overleg gehad over wat verstandig was om te doen. Dat vonden we heel fijn, want dat geeft een goed gevoel over dat je het juiste hebt gedaan. Erg prettig.
