Arrogance to the extreme. The sales information missed the most essential details. We sent a very neat email to the real estate agent asking if they could tell us something about it, and because they were difficult to reach, I also called two days later. Subsequently, we received two short, blunt responses; it amounted to them not making an effort to answer questions, since it was going to be sold anyway.

Almost a year searching for a home. I have experienced so many different real estate agents but never such a bad experience. I had to deal with realtor (Owner) MARK SCHEELE. Arrogant, unreliable, not professional at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Yesterday I visited a property on Verzetstraat in Nieuwerkerk but such bad treatment or just no treatment! I was able to walk around the property myself, the saleswoman didn't accompany me and she didn't tell me anything about the property. When I asked something, I got a short answer. We went to look at this house because it looked super on the photos and we were really interested but due to this experience I feel like just let it go!

A few years ago, a house was purchased through this broker where some problems arose. Promises were repeatedly made to pursue the former residents, but after 3 months there has been no result. Ultimately, I contacted the residents myself and they knew nothing about it. So, nothing was addressed at all. In the meantime, multiple times I called myself with only empty promises and a promise to be called back. That also never happened. Very unprofessional.
