Heel fijne samenwerking met zowel Eric als zijn zoon. Snelle reacties en fijne gesprekken. Echte aanraders!!!!
Professionele aanpak en strategisch advies over het juiste moment om een woning in Nederland te verkopen en een marktconforme prijs vast te stellen. Veel tips van insiders over hoe de verkoop te optimaliseren en met name te versnellen. In ons geval heeft de heer Prins uitstekend werk geleverd; ons huis in Hellevoetsluis is in korte tijd zeer succesvol verkocht.
Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen, in de ochtend gebeld en in de middag drie bezichtigen kunnen doen. Makelaar zelf was niet beschikbaar maar een andere (niet-makelaar) collega heeft het toen zeer correct overgenomen en geregeld en hebben we alsnog op korte termijn alle drie de vakantiehuizen kunnen bekijken. Geen gedoe met, stuur maar een e-mail etc, gewoon fijn telefonisch geholpen. Als ik ooit iets zou moeten verkopen dan weet je dat je hier in goede handen bent. Zeer flexibel en meedenkend, ga zo door! Bedankt!

Had a long and good conversation with Eric, very experienced realtor.
Requested sales brochures via website. Received nothing. Finally managed to reach someone by phone after many attempts. Pleasant conversation. Busy, sales brochures are on their way. Another project was recommended, and I would also receive information about that. Now 10 days later, still received nothing. When you call, you constantly get the message that brokers are busy on the phone. I'm fed up with this, this is not a serious company. Update: Thursday, June 3, 2021. The owner has posted the response below. Thinks he’s serious. Nothing could be further from the truth; he claims to have spoken to me on the phone just now. That's not the case, so he's also a liar.

worthless realtor. Specified dimensions turned out to be incorrect after purchase of the chalet. Far from it. We even made additional inquiries with this realtor, but received a floor plan for another property...... etc etc.....
Dear Mr. Polman, We regret that you experienced the contact with our company as negative. Our broker has informed you in writing prior to signing the purchase agreement that the measurements were taken from the Cadastre (an institute of our national government). Unfortunately, the measurements in the Cadastre for this holiday home in Beekbergen had not been updated, which caused the online measurement to deviate from the actual dimensions. Apologies for this miscommunication.
LXRY Property really doesn't let customers feel like royalty. Quite the opposite. Listing a house for sale and then cancelling the viewing at the last moment. 'Sold,' they said. I can’t call that proper conduct. 0 stars. Unfortunately, you always have to give one.
