Onprettige en zeer ongeïnteresseerde man. Ons verhaal ging totaal aan hem voorbij tijdens het bezichtigen van een woning in Hoevelaken. Door zijn vervelende houding hebben wij een onprettige bezichtiging gehad. En dit drukt op het gevoel dat je bij zo'n woning hebt. Hierdoor ervoor gekozen om verder te kijken.
Wat vervelend om te horen! Graag komen we met u in contact voor een gesprek, omdat wij geen idee hebben wie u bent? Wij kunnen de initialen BM namelijk niet plaatsen.

Very pleasant collaboration with the sale of parents' house. Diane is easily accessible. People listen well. Documents are handled quickly. The house was sold quickly to our full satisfaction. Good photos and video. Great job!!!

Mr. van de Bor rents out rooms in multiple buildings in Nijkerk which are in deplorable condition. Dirty and filthy. Mold growth, which is throughout the entire property and bad for health. The lack of smoke detectors in each room. Leaks along window frames and doors. Exposed electrical wires near the shower and washing machine. Defective hinges and locks. Deferred maintenance. At the beginning of the rental period, no acceptance report is drawn up. Mr. van de Bor does expect key money to be on his account immediately upon moving into the property. However, this is prohibited according to Dutch law under Article 7:264 BW. This law was created to protect tenants from abuse in the tight housing market by landlords. At the end of the rental period, no inspection report is drawn up, with mutual consent, and a term within which the tenant can remedy any defects. Mr. van de Bor does not pay back the key money, or partially does not pay it back, for improper reasons and with all sorts of fallacies, thereby creating a nice profit model. He hides behind the fact that it is not rented from a broker van de Bor but from Mr. van de Bor. However, this concerns one and the same person. After repeated email exchanges, a registered letter and a telephone contact, Mr. van de Bor refuses to fulfill his financial obligations.
Again an incredibly pleasant experience! In 2019 I had a very pleasant experience with the sale of my parents' house, so helpful, easily accessible and willing to advise/explain matters. Also with the appraisal for the purchase of my current home. In 2020 I was helped quickly, clearly and professionally by this team. Hence, for the purchase of a piece of meadowland at the end of 2020, I approached Aart van den Bor again (because the notary suddenly wanted an appraisal report this week due to market value and transfer tax, and the transfer etc. was already set) called and explained my challenge. Subsequently, they arranged everything in 1 day! Thanks again for the pleasant communication, the quick action and of course the beautiful report with the photos! Greetings, van de Beek

Never do business with him. He made me pay thousands of Euros without ever doing anything. Wanted to leave because he did nothing. Was clueless and completely unaware. Even clients (potential buyers) wondered if something was wrong with him. Not involved. Clueless. He held me to a contract for which he had done nothing. In proper Dutch, they call that fraud. I should have actually sued him at the AFM for his fraud and breach of contract. But oh well, look forward and leave such people behind. But my advice. Never do business with him. Worst realtor I know!
This broker comes up with a high - unrealistic - asking price. And with the first available buyer, he actually lowers his price to whatever the buyer wants to pay in order to get rid of your house as quickly as possible. If something unexpected happens, Aart immediately sides with the buyer, doing everything to avoid losing his commission. Terribly arrogant when you confront him about his behavior or if you ask him to represent you as a seller (for which you pay a lot of money). Never do business with him again.
Wat jammer dat u het zo heeft ervaren. Dit is zeker niet onze werkwijze. Wij geven de verkoper een advies en de verkoper neemt uiteindelijk de beslissing.
We bought a recreational property from Aard van den Bor. We are very satisfied with his way of working. He made enough time available for the viewing, has expertise and no 8 to 5 mentality.

Recently purchased a house through Aart van den Bor. Contacts were pleasant and efficient. We were able to visit the property several times and sufficient time was made available for that. Communication is clear and straightforward. The real estate agent clearly represented the selling party, but with consideration for us as buyers.
