Floris van Klijsen Makelaars heeft mij zowel geholpen met de aankoop vann de nieuwe woning als de verkoop van mijn huidige woning. Floris is een makkelijk persoon in de omgang en neemt de tijd voor je om dingen samen met je door te nemen. Als er onduidelijkheden zijn worden deze netjes toegelicht. Floris ziet al snel welke richting de klant in wil en daardoor lig je snel op 1 lijn. In mijn geval moest ik diverse keren in de nieuwe woning zijn nog voordat de overdracht was om het een en ander voor te bereiden voor een verbouwing. Je hoeft Floris maar te bellen en het wordt geregeld dat je naar binnen kunt. Ook de verkoop van mijn eigen huis was binnen 1 week geregeld met de voorwaardes zoals ik ze had voorgesteld. Samenvattend heb ik een goede ervaring gehad met Floris en alle andere medewerkers van Klijsen Makelaars. Aanrader!

Nice for the owner and probably legally permissible but we were completely devastated by it. Seriously. Empty words and empty promises. We eventually found our dream home by excluding all of Klijsen's houses. Such a shame because we were genuinely interested and hardworking, paying clients.
