Wij zijn erg tevreden over de dienstverlening van Ten Hove Makelaardij. Arno heeft ons tijdens het gehele proces uitstekend begeleid en stond steeds klaar om vragen te beantwoorden. Tot aan de overdracht was alles keurig geregeld. Zelfs drie weken na de verkoop ontvingen wij een mooie bos bloemen van de makelaar, wat wij erg op prijs stelden. Wij zouden Ten Hove zeker aanraden aan anderen die op zoek zijn naar een betrouwbare makelaar.

Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over Ten Hove Makelaardij & Taxaties. Arno ten Hove heeft ons super goed geholpen bij de verkoop van onze woning. Hij is deskundig, betrokken en communiceert duidelijk. Ook was hij goed bereikbaar en reageerde hij zelfs ’s avonds vaak nog via de app. Dat hoeft natuurlijk niet, maar het was wel erg prettig tijdens zo’n spannend proces. After the introductory meeting with Andries Slagman, it quickly became clear to us that we were dealing with a real estate agency that knows what they are doing. Andries came across as very driven, expert, honest and experienced to us. But of course, for us it was also a matter of waiting to see if he could or would fulfill his promises. After creating the brochures and putting our house on the market and having 30 viewings in 3 days, it is just like in previous reviews that Ten Hove makelaardij has a large network, thinks along with the seller or buyer flexibly, and always takes the time to answer all your questions. They do multiple viewings at the same time, assembly line work. We didn't submit a bid and they called us the next day to say we weren't selected. As if things weren't bad enough already. No, I think this is a poor way of doing business.

Het enige dat we hadden kunnen doen om het 'lopende-band-werk' te voorkomen is: minder kijkers plannen. In dat geval hadden we u bijvoorbeeld niet kunnen uitnodigen en we vermoeden nu dat we dan ook een negatieve review hadden gekregen. Het is de stress van de huidige oververhitte woningmarkt. Wij kunnen daar helaas geen excuses voor maken, omdat we daar niet verantwoordelijk voor zijn. Waar we wel onze excuses voor hebben aangeboden is dat we u per ongeluk hebben gebeld.
