We came to Monique through a recommendation and were super happy that she supported us during the purchase of our apartment! We were grateful for her service and involvement. She was attentive and helpful, funny and we especially appreciated her down-to-earth approach! What a pleasure to work with her! She did the viewings together with us, gave us insights and asked the seller's agent the right questions that we ourselves hadn't thought of. When we made an appointment for a viewing where she couldn't be present, she herself made an appointment to check it out and gave us feedback. During our search for an apartment we fell in love with an apartment and wanted to bid on it. Late in the evening Monique told us that she had read all available meeting minutes of the VVE and that she had discovered huge construction problems regarding unexpected leaks (the sellers and the agent kept this secret, although we had asked about defects). Monique thus prevented us from making a wrong choice and possibly losing a lot of money! The second apartment that we liked and on which we made an offer with her help, we won! She guided us through the purchasing process, recommended a notary and was (emotionally) a rock in the storm. We can 100% recommend Monique and her real estate agency and sincerely hope that she will be successful and get the chance to guide more people in this crazy housing market!

Hi! As a buyer, I was very well helped by Ruud Bakker. He was the real estate agent for the selling party and therefore had no obligations towards me. The fact that he responded expertly and quickly and stood ready for multiple viewing moments is commendable! In the purchasing process you encounter many different types of real estate agents and what bothered me most were the dishonest agents who can make a beautiful story out of everything, combined with ignorance about the house they are selling.
