Probably a decent supervisor for the developer. As a buyer, you don't get much out of it. Nothing is possible and you are very rarely kept informed. And when this does happen, it's often 50% an excuse as to why something can’t be done or has been postponed. TW3 certainly doesn't advocate for the buyers, but ships them off with copy/paste texts to take work out of the developer's hands.
