How funny, the negative reviews that were here have disappeared in recent months! I am very dissatisfied with this realtor. We only saw Sjirk de Jong during the acquisition and never again - everything through subordinates. One positive: my house was sold very well, but that's not particularly difficult in this market. They are sloppy and not proactive (e.g., super slow getting the purchase contract signed, incorrect energy label on Funda, late for the final inspection), often unreachable (Uithuizen office). And to a very critical letter from our side, no formal response was received.
