Appointment made for the viewing of a commercial building. The real estate agent doesn't know the VVE costs. Promises to call back about it, unfortunately forgets that. I had to call back and made an offer which is already being swept off the table by the real estate agent. But she promises to discuss it with the seller because she says she is obligated to do so and promises to call me back as soon as possible, unfortunately forgetting me again and after a few days I call to see if she knows anything yet. You are actually in negotiation but unfortunately she had decided herself to proceed further with other candidates because she interpreted my offer in her own way as a final offer. And she had simply decided that it wasn't interesting enough. I didn’t even get the opportunity to adjust my bid because she was already working with other candidates. Very unprofessional, careless and particularly arrogant. Too bad but there will come a time when real estate agents will have a hard time. I wonder if they can still afford such an attitude then.

Excellent service. Firstly with the rental of my property which went completely wrong but in which Lobs acted and mediated very neatly, and then with the sale. We've been floating around the housing market for a while now, and have come across quite a lot of lazy brokers and talkers. The sales broker from Lobs was the first who actually didn't make a mess of things and tried to dismiss defects in the house as something 'not bad' and 'easily solved'. Yes, everything was looked at from the positive side, but no punches were pulled that a defect is a defect and costs money, often more than you expect. So you don’t leave a house with the feeling that you’ve been lied to, but that you have been informed in a spontaneous way. The house in question we then also bought. This sales broker your buyers will probably also experience as pleasant, so definitely recommended.
