Poor realtor guidance. The sale was simple here; the realtor didn't need to do anything, as the buyer had already decided a year ago that they needed to sell their own house first. I called the realtor myself regarding the signs for sale. So, no realtor to recommend. This is not what I expected from this realtor.

Last year, we received the wonderful news from Hèrald of MNM that we were allocated a new-build home. With enthusiasm and focused on building a personal connection, he guided us through the purchasing process. All documents were explained calmly and we received sufficient updates in between.

Today I did another viewing with mnm real estate agent. You hear after the tour that it will be through registration again. So a shame they don't mention this right away. First, make everyone happy with a nice asking price, and then when there are enough viewings, just sell it via registration. We’ll go way over the asking price again. The real estate agent earns well on that too. It would be nice if he mentioned it from the start.
