Vanaf het eerste contact met Annemarie en Anneli was er een warme en duidelijke communicatie. Ze legden helder uit wat we van het proces konden verwachten en deden er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel en snel verliep. Een van de grootste pluspunten van Thuis Makelaars is hun communicatie. Ze hebben een speciale chatgroep opgezet om de communicatie persoonlijk en gemakkelijk te maken, en ze reageren erg snel, wat een aangename verrassing was. We waren dan ook zeer tevreden over de communicatie en de persoonlijke benadering. We hebben ons nooit belemmerd gevoeld om vragen te stellen en ze deden er alles aan om aan onze verzoeken en vragen te voldoen. Omdat we nieuw waren in Zwolle en het Nederlandse systeem, waren ze bijzonder behulpzaam en zorgden ze ervoor dat we begrepen wat er van ons verwacht werd en waarom. We vonden hen daarom zeer betrouwbaar en integer. Omdat we krap in de tijd zaten (vanwege een geplande vakantie), hebben ze echt alles op alles gezet om samen met de makelaar van de verkoper ervoor te zorgen dat we het koopcontract in recordtijd konden tekenen. Daar zijn we ze erg dankbaar voor. Al met al kan ik Annemarie en Anneli zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een degelijke en betrouwbare makelaar. Ze zijn niet alleen goed in wat ze doen, maar ze bieden ook een zeer warme en persoonlijke benadering van het hele proces.
