Gisteren 02-03-2026 een mooie eengezinswoning gekocht op de Monnikenmoer 22 in Sprundel. Ongeveer begin december 2025 hadden wij deze woning gezien op Funda. Ik belde voor een bezichtiging voor afspraak maar Danny Baaten de makelaar vertelde eerlijk van : ja ik kan je laten komen voor een bezichtiging maar eerlijk gezegd is de woning verkocht. Ik bedankte hem maar na een goed gesprek over van alles en nog wat gaf hij mij zoveel tips en ik bedankte hem daarvoor en ik zei misschien tot ziens. Een paar dagen later belde hij mij dat de mensen die eerst een bod hadden gedaan op deze woning toch ook nog naar een andere woning gingen kijken die voor hun beter was en Danny zei als jullie nog interesse hebben dan kan ik een bezichtiging plannen, wij zeiden we kunnen alleen 5 december omdat wij een feest hadden in België en 5 december is als je kleine kinderen heb toch een hele speciale dag maar Danny had eigenlijk een snipperdag maar hij nam deze dag toch tijd voor ons. Na meerdere malen contact te hebben gehad met Danny was het gisteren dan eindelijk zover , we hadden om 10:45 uur een afspraak met de oude eigenaren en Danny voor de laatste check in de woning en alles was goed. Ik gaf Danny een hand en hij zei: ja maar ik ga mee naar de notaris, nou dat had ik nog nooit mee gemaakt dat de makelaar mee gaat en ik heb toch al 4 koophuizen gehad en we reden met hem mee en hij bracht ons netjes weer terug. Als er echt iemand verstand heeft van zijn vak dan is Danny Baaten dat wel , echt een top gozer en mijn vrouw Mariska en ik willen Danny voor alles bedanken want zonder zijn telefoontje was dit allemaal niet gelukt. Early December, we went to view a house where Mr. Baaten, as the selling real estate agent from Huizenpraktijk, gave the tour.
