We are three heirs burdened with an inheritance that was at least burdensome. The house (a dated 70s villa of our mother is located in a beautiful natural area, in Aerdenhout however with some (construction) restrictions. The sale via the first real estate agent did not go so smoothly - Huib, as a new real estate agent, took it all in his stride and looked into possibilities. Very fine cooperation, Huib and Lieke are a tight team. Huib has a lot of experience. Lieke is meticulous and ensures calm in the tent. The approach to selling a difficult-to-sell object on a spacious plot in the top segment went 180 degrees around due to out-of-the-box thinking and likewise registration (including garden plan and realistic house design video) resulted, after a total of 5.5 years, in good results nonetheless. In short, pleasant. Thanks for the excellent service and onwards to the next 'adventure'

What an unfriendly estate agent! We had a house in mind where we wanted to make a bid. I asked if I could come by to get better acquainted and ask some questions. It's our first house so it’s very exciting for us and not nice to only have telephone contact or via email. I was told that they can’t start with that and that they don’t give preferential treatment. Pardon?! What does coming by personally have to do with preferential treatment? We are not buying a bicycle but a house! We decided against it.
