Had a very bad experience with this real estate agent, I would not recommend this real estate agent to either the seller or buyer of a house. I found out through a third party that this real estate agent is bluffing regarding the offers of other buyers. If I in the future find a house under this real estate agent, I will take great distance. You make the offer of 735k and withdraw, and suddenly you can buy the house for 700k. Fortunately I did research through a third party and retracted my bid. I can almost certainly say that there is some sort of bonus under the table agreed upon at a certain amount. This amount seemed unattainable after some time and suddenly you can buy the house for the asking price. The funny thing is that the house was even sold below the asking price. This is therefore his own fault since the house stood on the site for a long time because he wanted a certain amount. So for both the buyer and seller, keep distance from this real estate agent.
