Lisa is een zeer vriendelijke en kundige makelaar (en taxateur) die onze aangekochte woning op zéér korte termijn kon taxeren wat ons aankoopproces verspoedigde. Ze is erg benaderbaar en betrokken vergeleken met andere taxateurs die we vooraf spraken. Zeer aanbevolen!

I've noticed that this real estate agent handles placing the correct data on Funda rather carelessly. Dimensions of plots are almost consistently made larger than they actually are, while the correct data can be easily retrieved from the Kadaster. Volumes of homes are made larger than they are. Garden directions are incorrectly stated, whereas a glance at the map is sufficient. Sorry but I don't consider this professional.

We (normally) don't have good experiences with real estate agents! However, this was the first time everything went flawlessly... I had already given up on the brokerage as a service and almost decided to sell our house via an auction site or to sell it ourselves. But we gave Lisa and Vernon a chance and they really made the difference.
