Na wat zoeken kwam ik hier terecht voor de verkoop van de woning van mijn moeder, helemaal top dat je ook na kantoor tijd en in het weekend kan communiceren met je makelaar. Had het een stuk lastiger gehad als dat niet het geval was geweest. Twijfel niet langer en kijk niet verder voor een goede makelaar.

I bought a house in Almere centrum through Mike. Initially, I hadn't met Mike personally; my friend had the contact with him. Based on the trust that Mike was a good real estate agent, I agreed to the purchase. Still, you always want to see a house yourself before actually signing, but Mike didn't seem to think that was a good idea. He indicated that there was a chance I wouldn’t want the house then, which I understand, but it is precisely that viewing that gives buyers the time and space to make an informed decision. Ultimately, I only got the chance to view the house after some pressure and, after the deadline for withdrawing from the house. During the appointment, Mike was 10 minutes late and left 10 minutes earlier, while our appointment was only 30 minutes long. In addition, he thought it strange that the toilet in the house I had just bought was used, which I found very inappropriate. But the biggest problem were the hidden defects in the house. Mike did not inform us about important matters that later caused a lot of extra costs. It felt as if we were being misled, which was a considerable disappointment for us. I am enormously disappointed in Mike and his way of working. He behaved like an amateur, and I advise everyone to look further for a professional real estate agent.
