De makelaar heeft alles geregeld en via het move in systeem was ik op de hoogte. Ik was zelf bij inspectie en overdracht afwezig. Maar gaf geen enkel probleem.

From the very first moment, the contact with real estate agents Marijke and Karin was great. Everything went smoothly and relaxed, with a lot of expertise and trust. Also the photography, the styling bureau that was presented to us, the viewings, in short, the entire process deserves a solid ten. The property was sold quickly. A house bought with Semeijn as the selling real estate agent. Hans had forgotten to bring one of the keys to the notary and we had to wait over 6 weeks before I finally received the last key after asking for it several times. Completion of the purchase therefore was not done neatly. Once the money is in, you are no longer a priority.
Excellent real estate agent, very pleasant contact. He did much more than could have been expected of him. It was a sale with obstacles, but he ensured that everything turned out well.
