We have had no too good experience with this real estate agent. We viewed two rental houses with Petra, one of the employees of B&vL. Both times she was poorly prepared, she could not or insufficiently answer our questions and the information she did provide turned out to be incorrect later on. In short, an unreliable and not transparent real estate agent who does not want to make any effort for her possible tenants. We now know after inquiry that the way B&vL works is not as it should be. We are glad that we finally followed our gut feeling in time and did not go into business with this real estate agent. Meanwhile, we know how it can also be and have found a nice little house through a reliable real estate agent.
