Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de begeleiding van Michelle bij de verkoop van mijn appartement. Vanaf het eerste contact viel haar vakkundigheid meteen op. Zeer goede ervaring met Ditters als verkoopmakelaar in Arnhem! We zijn met Joost in contact gekomen omdat we vonden dat hij een erg ervaren en prettige verkoopmakelaar was bij meerdere huizen die we zelf bezichtigd hebben. Via Ditters onze hypotheek geregeld voor een nieuwe koopwoning en door hen ons huidige huis verkocht. Joost Lasseur is voor een oriënterend gesprek langs geweest bij ons thuis en dat voelde direct goed. Je merkt dat hij veel kennis van de markt heeft, een fijne sparringspartner is en weet waar hij het over heeft. Vervolgens onze nieuwe hypotheek via Gerard Hooyman van Ditters laten regelen, ook Gerard weet waar hij het over heeft, communiceert erg duidelijk en je weet snel waar je aan toe bent. Dit gaf ons heel veel rust en zorgde ervoor dat we ons niet onnodig druk maakten of alles wel rond zou komen. Bij de verkoop van de woning echt fantastisch ondersteund door het backoffice team van Ditters. Zij waren altijd goed bereikbaar voor onze vragen, niks was teveel moeite en al met al is dit enorm soepel en prettig verlopen. Specifiek hebben wij veel contact gehad met Samantha Bos en dat was ook een dame die weet waar ze het over heeft, heel fijn communiceert en ons fantastisch heeft geholpen. Dit alles heeft geresulteerd in een prachtige verkoopprijs voor onze woning. De werkwijze van Ditters is hierin super, specifiek te benoemen het feit dat zij niet "maar" 8-10 bezichtigingen inplannen maar door de grote animo zelfs 20 bezichtigingen hebben gefaciliteerd. Wij zijn enorm blij en kunnen iedereen Ditters aanraden voor een hypotheek of verkoop van je woning.
