House sold at a fair price, however the realtor communicates poorly and does not give the impression that they are representing the seller.

At least this may explain why you have a very different appreciation for my services than my other clients. Beste, Naar aanleiding van lang wachten en geen reactie ontvangen heb ik besloten om alsnog een review te schrijven. De heer Huijgen is op eeste gezicht een vriendelijke makelaar, maar helaas komt hij zijn afspraken niet na. Bezichtiging is goed gegaan en we hebben zelfs een bod gebracht. Wordt aangegeven dat we teruggebeld worden,maar 2 weken later nog steeds geen reactie. Indien je dan contact met hem opneemt krijg je als tegenreactie dat hij nog geen reactie van de verkoper heeft. Ik denk dat dit wel anders kan. Aan de lijn gehouden worden vindt niemand leuk. Zou beter zijn als u direct aangeeft wat de situatie is . Voor mensen die willen weten waar ze aan toe zijn zou ik hem niet aanraden. NA UW REACTIE , U HEEFT WEL TIJD OM DIRECT OP MIJN REVIEW TE REAGEREN. Blijkbaar heb ik wel een gevoelige snaar geraakt bij u. En hiernaast behandeld u kopers Blijkbaar anders. Het is normaal dat mensen een terugkoppeling krijgen nadat ze een mail en of een reactie vragen. Bij u geldt dat niet voor een ieder..

Woning bezichtigt en vervolgens een bod gedaan, erachteraan gebeld of alles goed was aangekomen, de heer Huijgen heeft aangegeven het voorstel voor te leggen bij de verkoper en mij erover informeren. 2 weken later niks te hebben gehoord zag ik dat de woning verkocht was en zoals beloofd niet terug gebeld of gemaild.
