Hypotheekbewaarder, administrateur etc die deel uitmaken van FOD Financien beliegen u en zetten deze leugens nog op papier ook. Ze worden niet gesanctioneerd! Alle stukken opgevraagd bij hypotheekbewaarder etc. Uit alle deze documenten blijken hypotheekbewaarder, administrateur leugenaars te zijn en ontkennen hun eigen stukken !!( de hypothecaire staat, 30-jarige eigendomstitel en kadastrale leggers bevestigen dit) De brieven (u kunt ze lezen zie verder) maken dan nog schending openbare trouw uit! Klacht bij onderzoeksrechter ingediend tegen hen maar onderzoek genaamd 'operatie doofpot' schoot in actie. Hier gaat het om: Rechters, die wet niet kennen, zelf hun wetten maken, zelf bewijzen maken, niet eens begrijpend kunnen lezen!!! Uw eigendomsrecht stelt niets voor en wordt afgenomen door justitie samen met hypotheekbewaarder, administrateur, notaris en Parket in 'arrest'. Goed onthouden: als u eigendomsakte overgeschreven is op hypotheekkantoor, er registratierechten zijn op betaald en als eigenaar op kadaster staat, dan bent u GEEN EIGENAAR volgens justitie. Open, honest, 'just be normal' mentality. What appealed to me most was the way of working, different from other (brokers). But with a convincing justification as to why Marc was (is) different. Relatively inexpensive, and the highest return.
