I had no expectations, but I had a good feeling about the initial contact. It was personal; I was kept informed of events by the realtor and her assistant. Clear communication.

we were going to buy our first house, we knew in advance exactly what we could and couldn't. At first glance a very nice realtor, retrospectively a very bad experience for the seller and us.. We were offered a mortgage advisor, which we thought was great, of course we didn't know anything about that area. From that moment on, a long period of not hearing from Diana anymore.. It was said that they work closely together.. Retrospectively, we turned out to be the first person referred to this advisor by Diana. After a while it was said: everything was fine, woohoo! Rent cancelled… 1 month later everything was suddenly wrong again.. shitt we were on the street with our 2 cats due to lies and poor communication from the realtor and advisor!!!…. We received 2 rejections from the “bank” because they always demanded more documents.. documents that we didn't need at all!! (We called the bank ourselves, the bank knew nothing about it because the documents hadn’t even been sent to them) Never received a second rejection. We were only told that we should dissolve it otherwise the seller would do so… Ultimately, we had a lot of contact with the seller ourselves and switched to another advisor (recommended by the seller).. 8 working days later everything was settled and everything was properly inspected! Finally! After a very long 2 months, we were finally able to say that the little house was really ours... We received an answer from Diana: “Oh how strange, but anyway congratulations”… Finally, the key transfer, the keys were suddenly missing… 😞It just kept piling up… If we hadn't contacted the seller, both sides would have been disappointed with lies… Never again this realtor for me!
