Expert, calm and pleasant guidance throughout the entire process. We could take the steps at the pace we wanted and received advice from the real estate agent but had all the space for our own decisions.

After making and confirming an appointment via email, a cancellation is sent a few days in advance because the appraiser is too busy. No solution is offered other than a referral to another appraisal agency. After leaving all your data and 11 emails back and forth, this is truly completely worthless.
