We hebben vlot en fijn contact gehad met zowel Mark als met Sander voor al onze vragen, bezichtigingen en het verdere verkooptraject. Met verstand van zaken en enthousiasme is onze woning verkocht.
We hebben zowel met Sander als Herbert een goed en fijn contact gehad. Ze hebben ons het gehele proces goed op de hoogte gehouden en waren zelfs in de weekenden en in de avonden bereikbaar. Ze denken goed met je mee en nemen veel zaken uit handen. Ik zou deze makelaar dan ook zeker aanraden.
Veel dank voor deze mooie beoordeling. Fijn te lezen dat jullie zo tevreden zijn. Andersom vonden we het eveneens een prettig contact en fijn dat we leuke kopers voor jullie mooie woning gevonden hebben. Nu toeleven naar de nieuwe woning....!

It would have been nice if we had received clearer tips in advance regarding the handover of our sold house. We acted to the best of our knowledge, but apparently that was not sufficient. It has led to a very annoying handover. Legally speaking, the buyers had no standing with their sudden demands, but at the moment itself we were cornered. Smedema wanted nothing to do with our criticism. That the list of items from the office was incorrect on three (!) occasions, was extremely sloppy. It's a good thing that after this transaction we left the region. Smedema thinks highly of himself.
Thank you for sharing your experience. The described situation is now more than two years ago and we find it annoying that the handover at that time was experienced as unpleasant. After the transport, there was still extensive contact about the course of events and we assumed that the matter had been discussed and concluded. During the handover, we did our utmost, despite the difficult circumstances, to find solutions so that the transport could proceed. That was ultimately also successful. The choice not to be present at the inspection we respected at that time, although we strongly advise sellers to be present there to prevent such situations as much as possible. We have been committed to you as our customer throughout the entire process. That this was experienced differently by you, we regret. Feedback we take seriously and use it to further improve our service.

Dear Sir, Madam, with this letter I would like to share my findings with You regarding the sale of the property mentioned below. Last Thursday, November 30th, we had the first viewing. At that time, there were no concrete buyers, or at least no bids. On Friday, December 1st, 1 day later, we called to request a second viewing and to state that we would like to make an offer afterwards. This took place last Monday (December 4th) at 9:00 am (earlier Smedema was unavailable). Also at that moment, there were no concrete negotiations regarding a possible sale. A bid had been made which was not followed up on. At that point, we placed a bid, subject to the condition of our own sale (March 1, 2018) and financing. This offer would be passed on to the seller. On the same day, 2 hours later, 'developments' occurred: the seller has received several bids and will choose from them with whom he will continue negotiations !!?? We find this a very strange turn of events in the context of what preceded it. We seriously wonder if another agenda is being pursued than is presented. Nowhere is there mention of a possibility of free bidding or an auction. Normally, one negotiates with the person who makes the first bid that is acceptable enough. When these parties cannot reach an agreement, the next in line comes along. For the sale of the property below, I have received no notification or seen any indication that this property was going to be sold in a different way. We therefore regret that customers are treated in this manner.

Wij begrijpen uw grote teleurstelling, maar omdat u er voor kiest ook op google uw verwijt aan ons kantoor te publiceren, zullen wij ook hier onze reactie geven. Ons hele team heeft volgens de door de NVM gestelde richtlijnen gewerkt en heeft dus iedereen een eerlijke kans gegeven. U had dus koper kunnen worden als u hoger had geboden. Maar uw bieding was gewoonweg te laag voor verkoper. Verkoper heeft daarom aan ons doorgegeven niet met u in zee te willen gaan. Daarover hebben wij u geïnformeerd en zodoende waren wij niet met u in onderhandeling. De richtlijnen hebben wij u eerder doorgegeven en wij adviseren, zeker in een hectische markt, een eigen aankoopmakelaar in de arm te nemen. Zeker als u de spelregels niet begrijpt.
