Some things went well, others completely not. Communication not always ‘spot on’ but no real negligence. Average service from this broker in DH and surrounding areas who in this specific case certainly earned their money easily. Besides 1.25% incl VAT, there are also, previously unnecessary anywhere, €500-600 for start-up costs, photos, measuring etc. Too expensive for the final job I think. Job was completed.
