We looked for a purchasing agent who was active in the neighborhoods where we were searching. After sending 14 emails, we scheduled 10 introductory meetings. Every agent had a good story to tell, whether they worked at a large agency or as an independent broker. Some were very proactive, while others were more hesitant and would only actively search during a second appointment.
