Mijn zaak was zeer complex en er moest een administratieve fout in de notariële akte worden gecorrigeerd, een fout van 21 jaar geleden, gemaakt door de toenmalige notaris.Mevrouw Mariska de Roode gaf niet op maar integendeel onthulde en verduidelijkte zij de hele situatie met die fout.Uiteindelijk was alles dankzij haar hulp en steun rechtgezet en opgelost. Zij is een echte professional met enorm geduld nog van het begin van het proces tot de afronding van de deal. Ze heeft klanten/kopers gevonden, alle afspraaken met hen geregeld in het appartement en alle benodigde documenten voorbereid.Ik dank u van harte voor het perfect uitgevoerde werk. Annoying experience with Proper real estate agent. We made an offer on a flat in Oegstgeest in 2015, the offer was accepted according to Proper. Then a week of silence (a sign on the wall afterwards) and then we received a phone call that the sale would not go ahead after all! We are simply used to having the price increased... Not nice, not so proper.
