Rustige goed ingevoerde man. In eerste instantie een wat hoge prijs. Naderhand wat bijgesteld mer een tevreden verkoop.

Een huis verkopen kost veel energie en stress. Maison zorgt ervoor dat dit zo zorgeloos mogelijk gaat. Ze zijn deskundig, snel te bereiken, betrokken, meedenkend en ze staan altijd voor je klaar. Enorm waardevol om hen ik te schakelen.

We have contacted Maison for a free valuation. Andre was at our home, this all went very nicely but the handling is not exactly neat. Things are promised but not done and there is no callback while that was promised. This does not necessarily lie with Andre but our experience with Maison real estate agent was not a good experience.

We look back on a pleasant collaboration with the office. Everyone was always friendly and available when we had questions. The process did not go exactly as we had hoped in advance for us, we understand that this can sometimes happen. Nevertheless, we appreciate the commitment and attitude of the team and thank them for their guidance.

Respond quickly and Helpfully

Had a bad experience. Firstly, the realtor is a first-class dry stick (the woman was very nice though). Furthermore, the tour was a huge disappointment. Nothing useful was told in terms of information. We would also have liked more info about the history of the house; we ourselves discovered that it had been used for drugs. During handover, the sellers said that the gas was turned off and that's why we had no hot water.. In practice, this almost NEVER happens. The realtor didn’t say a word, should know this as well. We had to resolve this ourselves (it turned out that the central heating boiler wasn’t working properly).

This broker has expertise and everything is well organized.
