Compared to the other real estate agents in Dronten, I would definitely not recommend this agent. Providing almost no information during the viewing and not knowing the answers to crucial questions. The property was assigned to me after the closing date and time. I write '-was assigned-' because within an hour and a half I was called saying someone had placed a bid after the closing date and time, and that I was being checked. Very unprofessional. Beautiful photos and video on the website and on Funda and even a Facebook site, and a delicious cake for the buyer and seller at transfer.

When you compare this brokerage with another well-known company in the area, I always miss the information you get beforehand, such as a questionnaire, measurement report and so on; you really have to actively ask for that. It's also unfortunate that they don't seem to work with a website like move. Fortunately, this is now the case, which has partially solved the problem of information delivery. Despite the improvement, you still have to request certain documents. Very tiring. Our first viewing disappointed us greatly because the broker himself had little to say and we had to ask everything, otherwise we would just walk around the house. A bit of professionalism seems to be missing.
